Help, I started smoking again yesterday, I am so stressed out. I was smoke free since Feb 6 2019. I feel awful, terrible and disgusted with myself!

Well, the way to start feeling wonderful again, is to get that quit back.  I gave up several quits at the three month mark.  It's a dangerous period.  Once I finally figured that out, I stopped relapsing at that period.  And once I figured out that I can't just have "one," I found freedom.

If you started smoking again yesterday, you have the power to stop smoking again today.  And the sooner you right the ship back on course, the better.  It's real easy to just put off the next quit date until next week, and then some other "life happening" thing appears, and then it's the week after and then you find yourself five years down the road and you've smoked another 10,000 cigarettes and .....

Check out some of the material in Relapse Prevention‌  or put in @relapse_trap and see what pops up.  You have to stay very "pro-active" the first year of your quit.  Come on now, you can get this back.

Don't feel bad about yourself.   This is an addiction and not easy to overcome.  Most of us have attempted numerous times along the way.   Get right back on track--don't wait too long to pick a new quit day.  You quit for three months, so that's actually something to be proud of.  You would have been in No Man's Land, which can be a difficult time and the need to stay vigilant is key.   Did you do all the preparation?   Go back and revisit all of that the information, the triggers, etc.   Staying close to the Ex really helps.  Reaching out when the urge happens makes a big difference.

Start over, I don' t see much activity for you here.  Quitting is the easy part, staying quit takes work.  Reflect on what caused the relapse and commit to NOPE no matter what.  It is important to /blogs/JACKIE1-25-15-blog/2015/10/21/stay-connected  Please come for support before you smoke or when you are having difficulty.  We can better help you then and you will not have to start over again.
