Give and get support around quitting
Of COURSE you can hold it. You've spent three hard fought-for days. Tomorrow the majority of the nicotine will be out of your system (unless you're taking nicotine replacement.) It's 1 am. Eastern time at least. If you're on Eastern time it's the middle of the night practically. Go to sleep. Tomorrow you'll wake up and say I MADE IT FOUR DAYS!!!
I want you to think about why you came here. Focus on that. Not the wretched craving creature screaming at you. It's telling you nothing but lies. We are telling you truths. Read this little play I wrote. Maybe it'll help you get through the next few craving minutes: /blogs/Giulia-blog/2016/09/06/a-quit-dialogue-in-iv-acts?sr=search&searchId=d827f5c0-ece3-4f10-addc-...
BREATHE with this image for a while. It might help calm you:

Big congrats on your 3 days. Hold on. Yes, it's hard but it will get easier. You're doing great on your journey. Deep breathes really does help. And I liked chewing on straws.

No, it is not easy, but doable. It may be one of the hardest things that you will have to do but the reward is greater than all of the work that it takes to remain smoke-free. As Giulia suggest breathing will help you get through some of the roughest times. The most important thing to do is to come here when you are having a problem. Keep up the good work. One day at a time one moment and breathe. Hang tough, stay close, never give in never give up. No matter what is happening NOPE. Not one puff ever. You have to get through rough days to get to the easier days
Hi and again Welcome to Ex’s Hope-25 ...My EX Plan | BecomeAnEX
This is part of the journey, hold on to your quit. You have three days in, that is wonderful. Quitting takes time ... it must be your first priority and you must work through all craves and triggers. Write a list what you can do instead of smoking? You must keep busy ... take and choose not to smoke “one step at a time”....Colleen 126 DOF
How are you doing, Hope? Congratulations on three smoke free days!! I hope you feel proud of yourself Its quite an accomplishment, you know?!!! No more day 1 for you! Just breathe and take it one day at a time. You've got this
