Help! I am losing it!

I feel silly typing help on my phone like this but if it can work for me, I guess it's worth it. I am losing my stuff!!! I keep thinking I'm doing good. I mean I'm trying to hold my P's and q's but it's obviously not been good enough! My husband feels I am mean, I guess! I just want to go out to his truck and smoke one. My head keeps saying nobody has to know but me and that I am a better wife when I smoke. Losing it!!! I really thought I could do this and want to but .... I don't know....

Day 3 can be the worse because nicotine is out or almost out of your system...The nicodemon wants you to feed his addiction...don’t let it happen...deep breaths and do the pause before answering your husband ...let him know it is the withdrawal.  I hope you have no smokes near you ... get the list and get busy...clean something until you are too bone ass tired to want to smoke.  Also, ask God to take the crave from you...gotcha in my prayers ~ Colleen 104 DOF

Here is a letter you can print and put on the refrigerator or any door that your husband or friends will see so they will understand more what you are going through.

It’s good to yell help because you can always find help here.  This is another good blog to read.

So happy you found the strength to stay strong and beat that nicowitch! Be proud, sometimes it's really tough.

You do not want to go back to day one - you are doing great!!!!

I don't know how far along you are in your quit journey.  I have 2 weeks and I have been struggling recently.  I can say my personality hasn't changed but I am holding on for dear life because this is life or death.  I want to smoke so bad but my goal is to get through the month.  Not that I am going to smoke after this month I will just set a new goal.  Keep your resolve remember why you want to quit that reason is still there.  Stay strong saying that to all who sees this post.  Remember quitting smoking is easier than getting lung cancer or some other smoking related disease
