I researched it a bit and they may not be as potent since they are expired.  They may not work. How old are they? What is the expiration date? contact your state's quitline (800-QUIT-NOW), your county health department or your medical professional for suggestions on obtaining quit aides at a reduced cost if you are in need.  In some cases they are cheaper than the cigarettes you would have purchased.   Have you read any of the suggested material?

Personally, if it were me I would still use the 11/18.  That's just me however it is just as important that you educate yourself about the addiction to nicotine.  If you are not here on a regular basis you are not getting the full support that is needed to quit smoking.  I am a firm believer that education and preparation is the key to a successful quit.  Sounds like you are just jumping in and that is okay too.  Start first by educating yourself on addiction to nicotine. Foundation For A Successful Quit‌ this blog will give you a jump start.  Also, it is advisable to read Allen Carr's Easyway to Quit Smoking which can be found on pdf on the web.  Another good site to get info is www.whyquit.com.  If you are having problems come here first before you smoke.  Have a plan My EX Plan | BecomeAnEX .  There is more to quitting than what any aid can help.  No matter what you use it still boils down to NOPE, not one puff no matter what.  Review why you "slipped" and use it as a learning experience that it does not happen again.

I did read what a lot of people wrote on here. I had one cigarette. I know it was not good so now I’m starting over again.

NOPE is the way to freedom.  Just one can cause you to smoke more than one and not get back on track.  It is better that you do not take the risk.

I did already. I think I have a plan to not pick up another cigarette. I know I can do it.

mykids‌ I'm guessing you updated it your My Quit Plan but it hasn't synced over to the community(I still see Feb 1st) yet because you need to logout(click the link) and then back in. Once you log back in it will be synced.
