Email notifications

How can I limit the notifications I receive from the site in my email? 

I'm inundated with them. 

I would rather log into site to see activity instead of receiving every thing that happens or is posted go to my email.

Hi Posamari‌

Check out Turning Email/Text Notifications On and Off . Sounds like you might want to uncheck "email" on everything but maybe Social mentions. That way if someone @mentions you that you get an email but everything else will only be an inbox notification on the site.
