Eventually we should have a list of arrival times of each person. I won’t be there until Friday afternoon. However, many people are coming in on Thursday. We will gather on Saturday at 11 AM in the breakfast room for our informal “meeting”. There will also be some sort of large group activity on Saturday evening.
My original flight plans were changed. My original flight was to land at 1:15 PM on Thursday - but now should arrive around 2:45 PM. Kind of a bummer - but will get to sleep in a little longer that morning.
