It can get hard but the rewards are so much greater!! Breathe through that crave...it won't last if you don't fixate on it. Pull out your quit kit and get busy doing something else. You've got this!!
NOPE no matter what. Refocus, change the thought. Do something different. Bite on a lemon. Put your head in the freezer. Come here and read. Take a walk, dance. You can do this. No longer use smoking as the option. SINAO smoking is not an option. Take it off the table. NOPE. Breathe it through. Drink plenty of water. Never give up, never give in hang tough. PRAY!
One day, sometimes five minutes at a time is how it's done. The early days ARE difficult - but every day you get through makes the next a bit easier.

You aren't going to smoke today. You're on day 3 and coming to a point where the nicotine will no longer be in your system, you're not going to mess that up.
Flush the nicotine, not your quit. Remember that smoking would not do anything to help no matter what the issue might be, it does not fix anything. Think of Florida and your niece and new grand niece or nephew...think of the positives you have laid out. You CAN do this, if it was easy, it wouldn't be anywhere near as valuable as it is. If it was impossible, we would not all be here supporting you and telling you how WE got here..
