is the video upload capability still not working?

It appears to upload instantly but then this screen pops up

This started happening to me the last time I reported it.

Is the video upload capability finished?.

You might have to upload it to Google drive like I did so it encodes it into a valid format and then download and then re-upload it for it to work.  There is something going on with your computer it seems.

I just tried uploading your original files from 12/15/18 from another device and they worked so it appears to be something with your computer since that is the only variable.  The files apparently are good. They weren't the ones that I converted using Google Drive.

I made the mp4 file in movie maker, the same as always on the same computer I sent them to you via email so I don't know why they won't upload to the site. I can upload videos to facebook without a problem.

Are there new files that you're trying to upload? you can share them with me via email and I'll see if I can upload them.  My guess is there is something wrong with the codecs on your computer that you'll have to rectify.  Microsoft doesn't ship with all the codecs any longer due to the cost however you can obtain them if you know what you are missing.

Yes, you sent the original files from December and I've uploaded those successfully. If there are new ones I'd be happy to have a look and see if they work for me.  So far the evidence is pointing to some issue with your computer. The community software is not having an issue.  Certainly I would like you to be able to upload files but I cannot correct the issue happening with your computer.
