The above members are just a small sample of people who have quit with the help of the site you're on and the amazing support. Let that be motivation that you can do it too.

No one has indicated that they are quitting. Congrats If anyone has quit today and for starting your journey with us as well.  Be sure to journal your experiences today with a personal blog(← Click to get started) so you can look back on it and reflect where you started. Tag the post "TheDayIQuit". This way others can see what they can possibly expect as they start their quit journey. Before you know it, you'll be celebrating with people like those mentioned above.

If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.

Thanks, Johnny... "There's no place like home", and we many good times at QSMB.   I'm sorry it's gone.   I'm so glad I've found Ex, this place is terrific!

Also want to recognize a few people who recently logged in who quit a while ago. It's great to see janicesullenger‌, violet4‌, katjus73‌, SweetMelissa4‌, LizzyG‌ and EastEnd‌ with their fabulous quits.  Looking forward to celebrating your celebrations in the future.

Thanks Mark..  but sadly, I am still smoking.  I quit so many times but can't seem to stay quit.  This quit is going to be different though, as I bought and read Allan Carrs EasyWay To Stop Smoking.  I feel I'm in the right mindset.  I then decided to come back here because of all the wonderful support, information and tips to help me on my journey.

Sorry to hear that SweetMelissa4 but get your quit date updated in My EX Plan | BecomeAnEX  and then check out( Re: How do I get my quit date to show on the community?‌) to get the updated one synced to the community. And certainly don't be a stranger around here.  The community is here for help and support.
