Hot flashes?

Holy bologna!

Hot flashes. This isn't the the first time in the last 10 days that this has happened, but where the heck did they come from? Long story short, I'm way past the 'pause and this didn't happen even then. 

Quitting is interesting, ain't it?

Amen!  I not only have flashes due to the change but now I get the double dose due to quitting.  I refuse to take hormones so I figure this is a small price to pay for a healthier me.  My husband thinks it’s amusing when one minute I have a blanket over me and then I’m throwing it off like I’m on fire.  Definitely an interesting ride.

My husband knows his job while I'm quitting is to a) be patient and b) man the air conditioner control just in case. 

It's actually hilarious. Quitting, like aging, is not for wimps! LOL
