2 ripe tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
2 TBSP olive oil
1 ½ TBSP Vinegar
1 cup canned tomato juice
Dash of tobasco, salt & pepper. Cumin to taste (I use 3/4TBSP) A bit of Worcestershire sauce - to taste.
Cut up the vegetables, put in blender. Don't overprocess. Should be fairly coarse Chill. Serve cold. Makes 4 small portions.
