Is anyone interested in doing a 30 walking challenge with me?

I was curious how many out there would be interested in starting with this 30 day walking challenge? I am way out of shape so since I am breaking the nasty habit I thought that I could clear my mind and work on my exercise also. We could start this Next Monday June 25th. If your interested comment and let me know. We can check in and let each other know that we stayed with the plan and how we are feeling.Smedley995

Day 5 of quitting here but 11 month's of weightloss journey on the 24th. I don't have much energy.. as much as I did but super interested! I've lost -130lbs and -6lbs until my goal and do not want to gain with my quit.

Good job! I decided to start slow which is why I thought this would be good. Then after this i plan on bumping up to more challenging ones little by little. Awesome it will be something to help me keep track of myself. Can't wait!

Thank you! That sounds great!! I went from around 30k-40k per day for my step count to barely making 10k in steps per day. I made it to 100k in one day around 6 months ago I think, my ultimate goal is 100k as a non-smoker! I will have to work up to it again, I remember 10 hours on the treadmill, 2 long walks and housewarming for the rest of the day. Started at 3am and finished at 8pm.  I am super excited for this challenge, I am really looking forward to it!! I need this really!!

Great! And don't worry I noticed my post doesn't have the word day in it lol. I am excited to start the new me. And keeping my mind busy with exercise will help a lot. I used to do Zumba a lot and miss the feeling I had after I started getting fit. This last winter I went from losing a lot of weight to gaining a lot of weight so I am starting at square 1 again. I am glad to see so much interest in exercise buddies 

That's ok.. lol. I've went almost a week and I feel like I've lost everything! I agree, I do think it will help out alot! Forward is forward even if it's baby turtle steps. We've definitely got this!!

I looked at the walking challenge.  I think it is something I can do.  When does it start? WereAllMadHere‌ congrats on 5 days and the 130 lb lost. Keep up the EXcellent work. Welcome to EX

Sounds good! I was thinking Monday would be good. And yes I was looking at that challenge. I was wanting to start something on the same track as everyone else. So will keep my eyes out for new ones that come along.
