30 Day Jumpin' Jack,Crunch,Squat Challenge

Friday I returned to my senior EXercise class.  No problem since I have still been active, but not overly active.  One of my classmates looked so trim and lean.  I was really taken back.  She had on these tight skinny shorts and she LOOKED GOOD,  Shucks, I was almost jealous.   I asked her what had she been doing.  She told me that she was on day 18 of a 30-day challenge and she offered to text it to me. Here is a sample to see if it is something that you would like to do or try as a separate challenge.

It would like to give it a try and it would make me very happy if we could get this going.   Even if you have to do alternative MOVES is fine.  In other words, do the best you can do.  Weight loss is not the priority. Instead, we could target on our measurements. Breast/Chest, Waist, Hips, Thighs, Biceps.  We don't have to share our numbers unless you want to but just the total loss.  It is about us doing something as a group.   I am open to suggestions. I would like to start on Monday.   Let me know what you think or offer suggestions.   Just say I am in or not.  Each day we comment that we met or did not meet the challenge.  Offer support or suggestions on how to get through. So get your tape measurers out and see how many inches we can lose in 30 days. BEACH BODY!!!!

I am in! I'm already overweight and am concerned about how much more I will gain. Though I can only see 4 of the days.. Not sure why it isn't loading for me. I'm only seeing days 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Good Morning Challengers -  Thanks Jackie for sharing and inviting all to this challenge.  I have taken all my measurements which I will share with you as I find if I share a goal with someone I will fight harder to meet that goal.  I have mapped out a schedule for me for one month.  In lieu of jumping jacks - as they are hard on my knees - I will do side to side bounces or the skaters lunge.  I will start tomorrow.  Measurements:    chest - 35",  waist  30",  hips  35", 

thighs  19",  biceps 10".  This is the first time I measured my biceps.   Good Luck to all.

Jackie I'm in but all the days are not showing up and I'll definitely have to modify and that's just fine with me.  This is EXactly what I'm needing to add to my EXisting routine.

Good Morning.  Looks like I am first to report that I did the day 1 challenge it is 5:55 am. BEFORE coffee.  Pretty easy. started to do extra but I stopped myself.  Have to save some for tomorrow and senior class and yoga.  BTW cbgerber‌ , I decided to post my measurements since you were a brave soul.  I did not want you to be solo.  Chest 35.5. Waist 31.5, Hips 38, L thigh 21.25, R 22, L Bicep 11.75 R 12.  Next!

I will try to make a one-page calendar for as many of the days that I have in a few days.  The feeds are sent daily so far i have an 18-day feed.  Patience please for all who need to look at one sheet of paper. I know it will make it easier but the idea came up rather quickly.  Enjoy your day 1 ladies.
