Need guidance for communicating

This site is great for reading, but not user-friendly to people who are not computer savvy.  I have been reading for three months, but don't know where to go to get advice or tell my concerns.  I read another post just like this one and could not find where anyone had ever answered the post.  (Asking for guidance on how to communicate)  I don't know what @ Mention and # Tag mean.

To Everyone:  thank you so much and I am doing a lot better at figuring things out.  All of you instructions have helped and so did just jumping in and writing.  I'm the kind of person who always worries about doing the wrong thing and being rude on the internet when I don't mean to be!  For instance--I've always capitalized for emphasis till someone said "You're yelling!"  I have been reading on this site for about three months but I was worried about the etiquette of jumping in on somebody's story.  Now I'm more comfortable.  Yesterday was so wonderfully positive from all of you.  Today I didn't have such terrible cravings and I made it with NOPE!

Roejo   To me as soon as anyone joins this site they are like family here you can ask any question and comment on anything here. We are all here for the same reason we want to quit smoking so post away on anything you want. You never know something you say might help someone and give them the courage to quit smoking. A lot of people that come here give up because they don’t think they can do this but they can we all just need some encouragement and help someone if they need help. You are just as important as anyone here so don’t be afraid to post to anything. I hope all goes well for you. You’re doing wonderful keep up the great work.

Thank you.

Can't wait to hear from you! Sometimes things which don't seem smoking related really are for example - stress in our lives, inspirations we get, family relationships.... Just keep talking -we're listening!
