Help with my plan...

So I haven't visited here since I quit on May 4th.  YIPPEE.  A day at a time. I put in my quit date after the fact but I can't figure out how to track my progress? I keep going to My Plan but I just can't figure it out. #

Also, a friend who is also a member gets helpful encouraging text messages; I don't know how to get set up with that either. Please advise me. This site has all been so helpful for me.  Thank you for your help.

You can track your Days of Freedom on My Quit Stats or My Quit Plan. Track your triggers and tobacco here.

You can sign up for text messages by going to: Your My EX Plan profile and then the Communications section and sign up and enter your mobile number.
