I will have 3,000 days quit on Wednesday.  That's 75,000 cigarettes not smoked!!!  And I got here by taking it one day at a time.

I can't WAIT to celebrate 3,000 days with YOU!

I've got seven years plus under my belt and 77,900 cigarettes not smoked. It IS good to see how far you've come!! Great idea!! And CONGRATULATIONS to you!!

If you didn't set it up, you can just Google "How many days since (your quit date) and then multiply that by the number you smoked per day.  Divide by 20 and then multiply by the average cost of a pack over that time and you will have the money saved!!!

You can also go here and set it now:  How do I get my quit date to show on the community?  The site will calculate your days for you!

I also made this calculator here: EX Quit Calculator.

You just have to make sure you edit your community profile in addition to entering your quit date (as explicitly mentioned in above link) and enter in the avg number of cigarettes you smoked when you were a smoker on your community profile. Otherwise it assumes 20.
