Today is the first day of me stopping. I want to smoke so bad, because I'm bored. So is there any advice on what I should do for the cravings?

You want to smoke because you're an addict. Here is some help until some elders can come along to offer you more support. Just don't smoke.

I just went into a zone the first week. Honestly, that's kind where you need to be. Use this week to pay attention to how you feel and what cigarettes do for you. Get in touch with that. Above all, just be good to yourself for that first week. Sleep, eat, walk, take another shower, watch tv, read, anything but smoke. I'm only on day 27, so I can say that it does get a lot easier. Smoking does not make your life more exciting and not smoking doesn't make it less boring. Smoking just puts a stink stick in your hand and keep you addicted. That's all it does.
