Following Groups

Hi Everyone. I am new to Ex and wondering how to follow groups?

You can go to Groups. If you're in Tile View you can click the lower right corner of the tile and it will flip over and give you an option to "Follow" or Share.  If you're in list view click the cog wheel to the right and then Follow.

You can also go to the Group and then click the Follow button in the banner.

You can also unfollow in the same manner by unchecking the box.

Hello and welcome!  You don't necessarily have to follow a group.  You can read anything and everything all over the site.

Welcome to EX kt49‌, I hope you will be an active participant and introduce yourself to the community.  The best way that I know of to do that is to click on the little pencil next to your avatar and then write a blog.  You will be welcomed and given more support than you can imagine by people of all ages and in all stages of quitting.
