Who can share the info to fo to make me survive NML?
The last couple days ive been quite willing and eager to stop at a gas station for a pack of cigs.
Of course, i would only have one, then throw out the pack.

Hold on tight Lisa. You may feel like that right now, but it does go away. I'm not much further than you in NML. Sorry to say that I have no special secrets. I can say with certainty you are not alone. Let's have a party. Maybe that would make it bearable. I'll bring the nachos and salsa.

I remember searching NML when I first came to EX and there was a blog written by Sarah a long time before when I searched and it was talking about getting through the beginning of your quit and all of the physical changes...one of them was "pooping rocks" and I laughed so hard that I have never forgotten that.
I knew there was something posted on here with all the links from Sarah.......No Man's Land Weekly Blogs

I post a weekly check in for NML. NML & In-betweener Weekly Check in - 2/19/2018. I posted the check in for this week as well. You can search for tags like NML, NML_Caravan, and NML Caravan to find good posts in addition to what others posted above. Also....OldBones-Larry posted blogs and lead many people though NML as a desert adventure. I found his blogs very helpful as well.
