This week was a freaky week. Went to my weekly exercise class & when I got home I coughed up blood. I’ve been smoke free for a couple weeks by this time. I get the cough thing checked out same day & they tell me I have the beginning stages of pneumonia & a small blood clot in my lung which is the source of the blood.
