Did you just sign up and register because you really want to quit?  Are you tired of being tired of smoking.  Do you have that cough that just won’t go away? Are you sick of smelling like a smoke stack.  Are you tired of burning your hard earned dollars? Doctor says stop or die?  Guess What! You have come to the right place for support!

Afraid?  Nervous?  Worried?  Don’t be.  Start right now by taking a deep breath sigh of relief.  In fact, breathing is one of the best medicines for quitting smoking. (Tools)   Try it.  Breathe Deep. Practice this Breathing Exercise - EX Community . You can take it everywhere you go. 

 First of all let me warn you.  Quitting smoking is not easy BUT it is doable if you develop the tools and educate yourself about the addiction to nicotine. Yes, addiction. It is for those who are not faint of heart and who will not give up. It can be EASIER through education.   Know the LAW! - EX Community ! 

Just a few words of encouragement.  Let me start by saying never give up and don't give in before you get started.  With a NO MATTER WHAT is happening in your life attitude not to smoke NOPE  you can make it.   NOPE that stands for NOT ONE PUFF EVER.   NMW ( no matter what) Stop just thinking about it, and commit, you can do this if you are willing.  It is not about luck or willpower.   You have to be willing to do whatever is necessary not to smoke.  Sing, dance, laugh, talk, cry, vent, blog, we are here for you.   Hang out here. This is a good place to educate yourself. You won't die.  You will die if you keep smoking. Never give up. Lay aside every weight that may be slowing you down. Make up your mind not to allow doubt cause you to stumble. You can do this! Do not allow fear , False Expectations Appearing Real to hold you down. You can do this! Break the chains of addiction, forgive yourself for ever smoking. move forward and start loving yourself more each day by staying smokefree. Put aside worry, anxiety, depression, any EXcuse that you would use to not get in or stay in the race of freedom. Take one day at a time, one step if necessary. Run the race diligently, steady and sure with endurance. Believe that you can. Keep your eye on the prize. Hang tough, stay close, be mindful, never give in, never give up.
