Are you?

Willing to relearn your thinking, remove the brainwashing and accept mentally you don't "have" to smoke.

Willing to make sacrifices in your lifestyle to be free from the clutches of nicotine addiction.   

Willing to change people places and things if necessary.

Willing to educate yourself about nicotine addiction

Are you?

Willing to accept that nicotine is a drug and treat it as such. The Law of Addiction - Freedom 

Willing to recover from the addiction one day at a time, by minute if need be. by any means necessary.

Willing to let it go>>>step out on faith>>>trust and believe that you can.  

Willing to go through WHATEVER is necessary to NOPE. No matter what is happening in your life?

Are You?

Willing to make your health and family a #1  priority over smoking. 

Willing to eliminate the selfish act of addiction we have performed that separates us from our loved ones.

Willing to take your life back from the chain of addiction and hold on to it. NOPE

Willing to make a vow/commitment, pledge to yourself  Daily Pledge‌ Never to take another puff

Are You?

Willing to ask and accept help/support when you are having difficulty. 

Willing to come here  FIRST before you smoke? 

Willing to see that life is/can be better without smoking and you have not lost a thing.

Willing to start this journey and never look back. 

Know that:

Willingness makes it all doable.and when the willingness is great the difficulty is small. There is no need to fight it just be willing to go through the rough spots to get to the good. This is when you will succeed. Never give up, never give in, hang tough, It is easier with willingness.

Lay aside every weight that may be slowing you down. Make up your mind not to allow doubt cause you to stumble. You can do this! Do not allow fear , False Expectations Appearing Real to hold you down. You can do this! Break the chains of addiction, forgive yourself for ever smoking. move forward and start loving yourself more each day by staying smokefree. Put aside worry, anxiety, depression, any EXcuse that you would use to not get in or stay in the race of freedom. Take one day at a time, one step if necessary. Run the race diligently, steady and sure with endurance. Believe that you can. Keep your eye on the prize. Hang tough, stay close, be mindful, never give in, never give up.
