I was able to access with with Chrome
it's low tide right now. you can actually see the river
Neat watching the dogs running on the beach. I've actually found these useful prior to planning a short trip to the lake. I could check out the weather, if the leaves had turned, etc.

Dang. I get this with Chrome:
The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support.
and this with Microsoft Edge:
The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.
