I'm so thankful that quitting smoking and remaining quit is doable it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT as long as we are willing determined and totally committed to succeed then there's no way any of us will FAIL! I remember only too well how horrendous it was in my early weeks and I hope that we all will remember and N.E.F~Never Ever Forget~because None of US ever has to ever go back to another Day ONE Ever~Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree plus Relapsing isn't the answer EVER!

My first 3 months I knew nothing about support groups It was just me. I got by sometimes on pure determination and will power of commitment. It wasn't easy but being smoke free is the best thing in my life.

Our Governor made a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT (according to him) about COVID19 vaccinations yesterday. He didn't say a thing about when or where the shots will be available. End of Story.
Not smoking over it - funny, I think, that I am not even tempted. Glad you aren't, either.

elvan I think they just want to be SEEN as being on top of things - even when they don't have a f*ckin; CLUE! They gave a website to check - and it had not been updated with the latest plan. REALLY? I think I will just plan on getting through another summer in isolation and anything better than that will be a pleasant surprise. I can't deal with worrying about when "my turn" will be......just can't handle it right now.
