I can completely relate.  I am just getting to a week and am finally physically feeling a bit better.  The first 4 days were pretty terrible.   I really found all of the following posts below very helpful and I have read each one at least one hundred times for all the cravings I have been getting and I am continuing to read them as well as other posts every single craving I get.  I hope this helps you too.  Its worth it, keep going!

Way to go on 48 hours that is huge!!  Are you doing NRTs? If now another 24 hours and nicotine will just about depleted.  Drink lots of water helps to flush the toxins. Stay close and read read and read. If the tough gets rough come here and blog HELP before giving into smoking and we will come a running. Stay strong and NOPE (not one puff ever) Think you CAN an you will.

It's hard.  It's worth it.  Stick with it.  Each day builds upon the previous.  It's an up and down journey.  /blogs/Giulia-blog/2015/02/23/expectations-timelines-and-the-reality-you-create Time is the only cure.  Just stay true to you.  You will never regret quitting.  But you will always regret smoking.
