It's beginning to smell like Christmas

Up since 4:00am, might as well make some progress, I could have used some help making them...

But they are done!

If you know Portuguese sausage, but add some more garlic, you know what Romanian sausage is. 

Just pork, salt, pepper, paprika, a little sugar and some water to mix the ingredients.  Natural casings from the neighborhood butcher, and the forever helpful Kitchen Aid!
