The common assumption is,
If you eat more calories than you use, you store them as fat
The less you eat, the less you store.
This does not appear to be the entire story

True , I was just looking for the links ( usually posted at bottom of articles ) to make for quicker research . I am always interested in learning more so wanted to quick check the links , it will just take a bit more work .
