Did you get your Flu Shot Yet?

It's that time of year! And this is a Great time to review when you had your last pneumonia shot! Since it's only every 5 Years it's easier to forget! These vaccinations save lives but even more important they make your Quality of Daily Living so much better! I don't mean to harp (too much) but it's very important!

There are two pnuemonia vaccines.  Did you get both?  I always wait a bit for the flu shot.

NO one of the side effects is bells palsey which I got because the doctor said your 50 NOW you NEED to get flu shot - I said NO thanks - he sent nurse in - she convinced ME -  12 YEARS I love every DAY in regret - I LET THEM HAVE POWER OVER ME- MY 7th nerve is paralyzed - NOT there's - it is very painful in MY eyes and face - it is like a stroke- and yes I pray to FORGIVE tgat dr who could give a crap about ME because it NOT his face or body that is paralyzed from a FLU SHOT   - when I asked WHY YOU didnt tell ME the side effects HE had. NO answer - THANK YOU for letting ME vent - I aint as bad as I use to be- gentle hug

I had Prevnar 13 about 3 years ago...I forget what they told me about this and pneumonia shot...I will see my pulmonologist in 3 weeks to find out ... also, will get my flu shot...Thanks for the reminder...~ Colleen 300 DOF

HI IM SHARON0048  I HAD FLU AND SHINGLES SHOT. AND I FELT HORRIBLE FOR 3 DAYS AFTER DUE TO

THE SHINGLES SHOT  BUT IM GLAD I DID IT.

There are also two shingles vaccine.  They both make your sick!
