In 30 minutes I will hit 25 days JUUL free.  This will be officially, and exponentially the longest I have gone without "smoking" (using to encompass my history with cigarettes and vaping) in my life.  While I want to swell with pride at this accomplishment, that emotion has been clouded by the other extreme emotions I have felt as part of this… (Show more)

I was a long time chewer and eventually worked my way down to snus and eventually down to Zyn tobacco free nicotine pouches. My finance and I are trying to start a family and I have read that nicotine is bad for male reproduction so I am going to quit cold turkey this Friday. I have ordered a ton of gum, mints, sunflower seeds etc. to get myself… (Show more)

So I've tried to quit Juul 6 times now, all unsuccessfully. I had gotten to where I was going to 2 pods in a day and a half. I’ve been using zyn non tobacco pouches for about a year, and the nicotine still effects my blood pressure and BPM. Exercising at the gym is hard because my heart rate sky rockets out of nowhere. Big red flag to quit. Had an EKG done and a stress echo - I was told I’m fine I just need to quit nicotine.   this stuff was great for quitting tobacco… (Show more)

I wanted to see if anyone had experience with quitting ZYN Nicotine Pouches. I would imagine the journey would be similar to quitting cigarettes, but who knows??   I am 27 and have chewed the 6mg pouches for 2 - 3 years and typically have 3 to 6 a day (18 to 36 mg of nicotine per day on average). It has been about a week since my last one. I… (Show more)
