Rachy2283 It is not enough for me to say thank you. One day at a time is all anyone can do. Tomorrow is not promised but we may have a longer life if we quit smoking. I could not have done it without the support here. I remember when I started that I wanted to be here at this point in my journey. God is good and 6 years is a blessing. I am thankful for the freedom and grace. My heart is filled with joy on this day, a wonderful milestone. It is well with my soul, breathing and feeling freedom. Thank God. With gratitude I humbly accept your acknowledgment of my milestone. We are all a work in progress. I pray blessings of a successful quit for you and all who keep working to NOPE no matter what.
