The day I quit 11/9/2020! The day started with a patch, a coffee and a 1.7 mile walk while I drank my morning coffee. I worked from home and found myself taking the 3 mile walk at as my lunch break. Staying away from opportunity to go to the store was key. The night before I ceremoniously destroyed the remainder of my supply and left it on top of the trash as a reminder that I had destroyed the habit. Day 1 is in the book!
