Another day 1. Getting real tired of the eternal struggle I seem to have with nicotine. I made it to almost 3 years, I thought I was free. In the year and a half since then i have quit and started again at least 5 times. Just read Allan Carr's easy way again and recommitted to a smoke free life. I know that book and a few others by heart now but still keep falling into the trap, each time it seems a little harder to climb out. I don't know what my problem is, or how i keep justifying my stupidity but i know one thing for sure, I am so over being a smoker and want out for good...

I am A U.S. Navy Veteran from Grand Rapids MI. Been a smoker most of my life. I quit with the help of this community before for almost 3 years. I relapsed and have been smoking full time again over the last year / year and a half. I have recommitted to being smoke free and my new quit date is February 3, 2020. This time it will be for good...
