Its been a while since I have checked in or posted on this group, I am happy to say I am still smoke free at 2 and a half years, Dont be fooled, I started to vape, I got so stressed with my life, I quickly got rid of it, I feel it leads to smoking the real cigarettes again, I share this because it is such an addiction, anything can set it off, this group is a amazing support group, I just have a hard time trying to navigate the we site, so everyone keep going it is very much worth it, I can breathe without a dailey inhaler, only occasionally, other health conditions plague me but hopefully will be corrected or inmproved. miss you all!
