Well I made it to day 11.....clearing out lungs, wow that should be enough to never start smoking again....I pray I will conquer this quest!

Would you please write blogs, and write every day, at the beginning of my quit i happened to write sometimes twice or 3 times/day.  Whenever you feel writing helps you get over a crave, just do it.  It is what this place is for!  And it helped many of us, and will help you too!
