Today is my birthday. I live in Texas, and this is the first time in my life that there is white stuff on the ground on my birthday. Hope that is a good omen.

Jennifer-Quit , kristen-9.7.15 ,  YoungAtHeart , and Strudel . I think my dog Lucy was as mystified as I was to see snow in December. She is 8, and I'm pretty sure this is the second time she has experienced snow. And the 16-year-old cat Henry was not about to go out and get his paws iced over in this weather. And even though the sun came out today all day, there was still some snow on the ground when Lucy and I walked at around 4 today. Pretty cool.
