Welcome to EX, I think it would be doing yourself a favor to write a blog and introduce yourself to the community.  Let us know how long you have been vaping, when you plan to quit, and what, if anything you have done to prepare.  Nicotine addiction is the same whether the nicotine is delivered by a cigarette or a vape pen.  The addiction is what controlled all of us.  I came to this site every morning and every evening when I first quit...over 7 years ago.  I read everything I could find about nicotine addiction and I read blogs to see what was working for others.  Quitting is a one day at a time journey and not an event.  I used the mantra NOPE, Not One Puff Ever.

Welcome to freedom,

Ellen

I quit vaping two weeks ago.  today is day 15.  although I'm still on the patch, no vaping has been hard but good.  Slowly I'm lowering the level of the patch.  I quit smoking sigs in 2011 that wasn't as hard as quitting vaping.  Keep strong and get though.  Its worth it.

That's fabulous -- congrats on 15 days nicotine free.  I've never vaped, but it does sound like it's more addictive and you can do it anywhere.

Glad you stopped by with an update.  We're here for you.
