Great morning y'all!! What I want to say today is that the great people who have put the time into writing and putting together so much information has really been a blessing and an eye opener!! In my quits before I was lacking education number 1 and support. I have learned so much the last week and I am better prepared than EVER to meet the challenge!! Thank you so much to all those who have poured out their hearts, research, and stories so that others could attain freedom!!

My son & daughter both quit after listening to me. I actually doubt that l had much to do with their quits but they are both doing really well. I was & am so happy to have found EX. It is the BEST.
Rachy2283 This is such a nice post...Thank you...honestly, this is my third and last quit...I found the difference was my planning, becoming knowledgable in addiction and quitting and the support of Ex’s...and I am glad it is helping you too...honestly, we have each other, but for the most part, we do the hard work alone and if you have one “help from a higher power”...the nice part here at Ex’s, is that most people have/had experience what we are going through and that makes us feel a little less alone...wishing you a beautiful Thursday ~ Colleen 766 DOF
