    I am 12 hours in to the first day of the rest of my smoke free life! I have not felt so good in a long time. I know that I have just started a new journey and I may have troubles, but I also know that there are plenty of wonderful people here that can and will help me along the way. Thank you all, its going to be a great year!!

I am a 33 year old woman who has smoked for 15 years. I started smoking when I was 18 yeats old. Sadly, I started smoking because no one ever asked me to smoke cigarettes or anything else, so I took it as an insult and started anyway. How is that for insight...
