It's a frosty morning here in the Maritimes brrr at 30 degrees at 6:30 but it's supposed to warm up later on we covered the tomatoes and whatever else we could last night knowing that we were under a frost advisery what didn't get covered Mark watered so hopefully everything will be okay we haven't got too much to be concerned about anyway most of the processing is pretty much done which is great I've got a batch of bread on and after it's done I'll help Mark bring in a cord of softwood he'll cut it and I'll help bring it in to the basement there's always something to do I'm just glad that I don't need smoke breaks every 15 minutes thankfully I don't do that anymore and I'm so glad that I don't because breathing is essential to living, I'm finding the older I get the harder it is to breathe when I'm doing anything strenuous like helping to put the wood in I'm guessing the wheezing is the copd so relapsing just isn't an option anymore EVER.....

I remember only too well how horrendous it was in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT with commitment and perseverance it was doable EXtremely horrid at times BUT doable and so very worth it to be Free....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
