Our quits is a Gift Of Life

Many of us never ever thought in a million years that we'd ever quit smoking let alone stick with it BUT for one reason or another we finally wised up and bit that bullet and took back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison NOW we're living a life of Freedom being able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without wondering where to sneak off to suck on a damned Cancer Stick, I for one am super grateful for this community because you helped me hang onto the incentive to keep plowing forward when I felt like giving up and I thank you for that and here I am on day 2233 and smiling.  Anyone and everyone can be successful in living a Smokefree Life as long as you choose to stick with N.O.P.E~ Not One Puff Ever & vigilance N.M.W~No Matter What ~ because it works when applied on a daily basis it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT thankfully it's DOABLE and so very worth it to be Free. I better get moving I've got a busy day BUT hey it's A OK because I don't have to take smoke breaks every 15 minutes because I don't do that anymore  which makes my day actually my life so much easier PLUS I don't smell like an ashtray there's definitely LIFE after Cigarettes and it's super fantastic.......

A little ME TIME is needed every so often to keep us grounded......
