Watching tv and very afraid of catching the virus that's out here. But I know smoking willnot change a thing. Feeling sad, with so much going on in the world which I have no control of. I didn't want to mention my quit to family or friends, since I failed before. So I'm just going to do it. They will notice because most of my family members donot smoke. I'm def going harder on this quit.
Looks like this is Day Two? If you can, get some exercise, and limit your intake of news to once a day. Looking/listening to it more often just increases anxiety over it all. And there is not a THING you can control - EXCEPT your quit. You have total control over that!
Take a walk? March in place? Do a few sets of stairs? Dance to your favorite music? Find an exercise video on YouTube.
Moving will definitely help you get through the day!
