I just am over 8days of freedom now Tomorrow will be 9 days of freedom I AM STACKING UP MY DAYS COUNTING EVERYONE why because this is the longest I've been without a cigarette I don't miss them either an I am so happy I am not a smoker anymore I do have my moments I'm sure everyone does well goodnight yall 6:30am comes early for me and by the way I am sleeping way better then before when I first quit I still got some rage in me when I get mad but it's getting better 
it was a good day after I heard from my friend wanting to quit smoking too!!
