Well last week my Dr. gave me an A+ and today my dental hygenist gave me an A+

Am I grateful OR WHAT!!!!!

Today I have had no craving to speak of - but of course being in the dental chair I couldn't smoke even if I had the crave.  Just joking.

LOve the way I smell - so clean - the car - so clean and now my teeth SPARKLE.

I appreciate growing older gracefully and grateful that I am still "with it" at my age. Teach palates 3 X's a week and long time Pres. and Past Pres. of a Classical Concert Group. Going to be 81 July 3, 2017.
