Today is Day 60 - Can't believe I haven't had a cigarette in 60 days.
Yesterday I resisted the junk food - took out celery sticks and cut up pineapple and guess what - I lost 1-and a half #'s.
Using the 2nd. step of Recovery - CAME TO BELIEVE A POWER GREATER THAN MYSELF WILL RESTORE ME TO SANITY.
Feeling good about having some "soundness of mine" regarding the sugary stuff.
