I have my annual Dr. appt. tomorrow. I am so excited to tell him I am not smoking for 54 days (tomorrow)
I know he will be very happy for me. He never preached about quitting cigarettes and he did say he thought I was starting to get emphasema because of a flat X-ray he did last year. I paid him NO MIND.
I might be about 4#'s more than usual but I can deal with that.
I am so grateful to be a nonsmoker. Imagine being proud of myself.............unbelievable but TRUE.
