Hi my name is Ryan and I successfully quit smoking using this website. I haven't been here too much lately but Shawn brought me back. Thank you Shawn for e-mailing me about the bon fire. I just got the e-mail today or I would have come.
I am doing real good since my stroke. I have been able to learn to talk again and to think too. I am back to work at my job as a server and trying to remember the orders is going okay. I only have trouble expressing myself sometimes. I am very lucky to be able to talk again. So far everything has been good.
I just want you to all know that this is a great web site with really great people who really care. So for all you people who are just starting your quit or 100 days into it keep comng back here. Its never too late to quit I was 59 when I finally quit. It was the best desision I ever made and probably saved my live when I had my stroke..
