it is totally amazing that i have gone this long - unreal - but the cravings are getting worse - i don't get it - i truly do not want to smoke because i watch other people smoke and it looks disgusting to watch these people, they smell,  and they are killing themselves - for what???

but at the same stupid time - i want one -
