Good Morning fellow Exer's! The week starts out with the Freedom Train getting a late start! Before the week is out this will get worse! The Freedom Train will not run Friday, Saturday, or Sunday this week! All of you who have milestones will be honored on the Freedom Train on its Thursday run!(at least I hope all! I have been known to miss). I will try my best to make sure all are honored and will try to see that you are also blogged about on your special day!
The first stop for the Freedom train today is to pick-up one of our most staunch supporters, Thomas! Out friend Thomas is coming aboard the Train today to celebratre 450 Smoke Free Days! I could talk all day and probably not tell you anything you do not already know about Thomas! He come here daily and chronicles his battle with COPD, and in doing so sounds that alarm to all who have avoided this disease thus far. He serves as a human wake up call to us all! The inherent dangers of smoking are very real! Thomas, thank you for all that you do here! And congrats on the first 450 Days of your Smoke free life! Stand by to Party! And dance!
The next stop on the way to Freedom today is in Canada! Bobbiesue Come get on this Train! Bobbiesue has 250 Smoke Free days to celebrate today! Bobbiesue loves to travel, and spend time at their lakeside cabin! She has 4 grandchildren who light up her life, and give her 4 good reasons to not light up a smoke ever again! Congrats on the first 250 Days of your New and Improved Smoke Free Life Bobbiesue!!
The next stop for the Freedom Train is in Texas! that would be Grapevine Texas!Home of our own sweet Patty! We will doing the Texas Two Step on the Train today! Patty has 200 Smoke Free Days in the rearview mirror! So grab you prettiest party dress and you best dancin' boots, Honey! There is a party 'bout to break loose, and you are one of the reasons for it! In fact I see no reason to wait. So, Thomas, if you will ask Bobbiesue, I will ask Patty, and the four of us can get this party under way with the first dance!
This Train is bound for FREEDOM from the Evils of tobacco and smoking!!
