God morning fellow EXer"s! I hope everyone stayed up long enough to see the lively debate we had here last night! It is good when we get a chance to compare ideas and learn different perspectives! Today, the Freedom Train makes it's daily run to Freedom from tobacco with the hope that all will ride, and celebrate their own personal Freedom, as well as that of a few Special Friends!
This morning I am breaking out the Freedom Limo! Our first honoree lives about 11 miles from the railyard! So about the time the Train gets a full head of steam we would have to stop! Therefore I am sending the Freedom Limo to pick up my Dear Friend Sandy! Sandy, you need to take the dogs for a walk and get ready! You have 150 Smoke Free Days to celebrate! The Limo is on the way! There are a couple of Miller Lites in the cooler if you want one(it is 5:00 somewhere)! I would just like to acknowledge the outstanding job you have done with your quit! Through all that life has thrown at you, you have kept the courage of your convictions! You have dealt with the illness of your sister, and helped her and her family get back on track! And through all the back and forth driving you have stayed true to your quit! The Freedom Train salutes you Sandy, and I am proud to call you my Friend!! Here comes that Limo now!!
The next stop for the Freedom Train is to pick up indin Girl! Indin Girl and Sandy quit on the same day! So she also has 150 Smoke Free Days in the rear view mirror! Way to go my friend! We are proud of you! Come aboard the Train today and help us as we celebrate your Freedom! I understand that someone may have been less that kind to you! Shame on them! Come aboard the Train and remember how most of us feel about you! You are a valued member of our community! Come on back home! 150 Days! WOOOOOO HOOOOOOO!
The next stop for the Train today is in Deleware! Sspahn do you hear that Train coming? It is the Freedom Train and it is coming for you! As a retired accountant, I fully expect you to chastise me for my poor bookkeeping skills! You completed you first 50 Smoke Free Days yesterday! I missed you! I am Sorry!
