Good morning fellow Exer's! It is Friday and the week-end awaits those of you who do not get to work on the week-end! It await those of us who do work as well! It is just different! It has been a great week to be on the Freedom Train and another great week to be Smoke Free! So come aboard today and celebrate the Freedom from tobacco!
This morning the Freedom Train is right back where it started the week! We are picking up JoAnne again! You see the coolest thing about celebrating three years is that you are only 5 days a way from 1100 Days! So you get to celebrate twice in one week! That is what you do JoAnne! Your friends did not get enough of celebrating with you the first time, so we are going to do it again! A lot of us remember our first 100 days! Some of us still look forward to our first 100 days! You have had 100 days 11 times! Praise the Lord! What a great feeling that must be! So JoAnne, put everything else on hold and come and party with us!
Julia Amy!! There is a Train looking for you! Do you hear that Train whistle blowing? Do you feel the ground shaking? It is the Freedom Train and we are coming to get you! Your first 50 Days are done! I know it seems like 50 long days to you! But I can tell you that it is rare that someone new comes here and establishes a presence like you have in their first 50 Days!
